Breaking The Ice

Posted: April 5, 2010

After 19 plus hours on one of these things ...

we arrive at our hotel in Manila greeted by a level of oppulence that made Louie literally swoon.

Reunited with Luan, arriving from darkest Brazil.

Ewan immediately blends in with the locals, as is his style.

And hits the mini-bar for good measure.

Straight onto the streets.

As showcased elsewhere, in the Philippines the cops don't kick you out, they kick other people out of the way for you.

Everyone else rides in these things.

Looks like fun.

A good way to shake the cobwebs is with a little gap attack.

Junior hubbas, eveywhere.

Some tech shit, no doubt.

Locals.

Willow is here.

It's hard not to make friends when you're as nice as Louie.

Treacherous spots.

Ewan breaks the ice.

Manila post office gap.

Don't worry. It's only the first day.
