Lunatic Fringe: Fritz Mead

"I hope you like PB &J"

Words & photos by Xeno

Five-in-the-morning wake up call? No problem. Clean out the nastiest spot? Sure thing. Call out of work to keep skating? Fuck yeah! He isn’t complaining about stupid shit or paying attention to anything but the task at hand: skateboarding. New or old, perfect or far from, he doesn’t care—just let him skate. He rides missed-matched trucks assembled from spare parts and whatever board he can get his hands on. Never one to miss a session, he’s always there on time, lunch packed, and willing to share. Hope you like PB&J.
