RUMBLE IN RAMONA RECAP
Words and Photos: Schmitty

The Rumble In Ramona went down October 17-18, 2008. Where the fuck is Ramona you ask? I'm claiming it's the Turlock of San Diego—about an hour east in the cuts. Basically the idea was to build a vert ramp, have a big session, drink lots of beer, and have a good time with the end result being Darren and his homies would get a free vert ramp. Well shit worked out and trophies were awarded. Whether or not it made history, we'll let you decide...

Highest Air to Fakie – Darren Navarrette
Longest Stalled Invert – Omar Hassan
Blender Award – Jeff Grosso
Schroeder Award – Ben Schroeder

Coolest over Channel – Dan Tag
Hottest Lip Trick – Remy Stratton, Front Board
Tex Gibson Award - Ben Rayborn, BoneDrecht
