I'm trying build up my skating skills ..and my mom and dad dot let me skate anywhere...they say it's to dangerous.how can i convince my parents to let me out more ,i think part of the reason why is because im a girl.

exactly.  tell them to fuck off.  walking down the street is no more dangerous.  ask them what they would have you do instead?   and stay in school.

Your driveway/street are one the best places to build your fundamentals if you are just starting out.

sidewalk and random parking lots are recommended. Find a hill, ride down it. If you fall on your fuckin face and go, "dang it huh? I better do that again and go faster," then you should keep skating. If it hurts and you go cry and watch seven seasons of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, then don't skate and thank your parents for protecting you from years of good times, great stories and fucked up feets and ankles.
