Title: Gresham park.
Post by: Watermelon on December 10, 2009, 03:31:53 PM
From what I've seen so far this looks like a really fun park. I heard it's supposed to be open January 2010, so If anyone is in the Portland area around that time, go check it out. I most likely wont be able to skate it til about February when my knee is totally healed but im definitely going to try to get some photos of opening day. These photos can hold you over for now.

So I've skated here a couple times now and I must say it aint much, but the place is fun. If you catch it before all the kiddies get out of school, and show up on Bikes/razors, It is a really fun park to skate. Not a big park but there are a few lines that are really fun.

It is possible to have a good time there, but overall, I don't know what the hell they were thinking.

The c/euro/pretty much unskatably tight tranny thing?  That 4 block?  The bank wall to bar?  The china bank with no fs for goofy line, just a bs for goofy line that requires a run through the whole park and tons of effort, then sends you into a ledge, hubba or stairs.  The bank flat bank weird euro thing?

I guess it goes to show that even dreamland can produce some duds...
