It's pretty cool to watch. I kinda like the format but wish there were more to the obstacles, it was just various hubbas, a couple ledges, and a couple rails. Could they throw a barrier and maybe a bank to wall or a bank with a curb on top? There could be so more to it.

In my mind no street contest will ever be legit without some curbs, a wedge ramp, a launch ramp and most importantly... A BEAT UP CAR!

The crowd looked pretty sparse too.. hmmm could skateboarding be on the downsizing again?

Good for those that can make some corporate cash outta it in the mean time.

It would be tough being in the crowd for qualifiers. At least at home I've got a to do list to do, so I can watch in between stuff.

There's no barriers, curbs or cars in the street... Oh wait that's what a street is...

I have a feeling we're gonna be blown away by the finals tomorrow

Stoked about not having to watch Prod pray into his hat before every 2mph trick.

I take that back, I thought he wasn't in this one. At least he was gone in the first round. I would have liked to see Mikey Taylor go a little further. Nyjah Killed It.

the only thing that is cool in the street league is the name-street league
this subject is the answer on the subject what's wrong with skateboarding and this is a fine example of what's wrong with skateboarding

I liked Nyjah's "justforfun" back 270 noseblunt. Once you get past listening to the announcers I think Street League is a cool concept.

i liked it.  i didn't get it on the tele up here, but if i could watch skateboarding, and hockey, all the time, i wouldn't say that anything is wrong with it.

I've seen Nyjah and Sheckler skate in person at contests, their abilities are amazing.

I have to agree that Street League sucks except for when it's FUCKING GREAT

"There's no barriers, curbs or cars in the street... Oh wait that's what a street is..."
I LOL'd.

Ramondetta on Monster?
I guess repping a gross juice pays well.

Maybe we should feel a alright knowing that Monster and DC seem to be major sponsors. Some kinda skateboarding things VS totally not skateboarding. but now that I think about it Target is in the skateboarding game now.

Isn't Lutzka out of Street League? That's something to celebrate

This Street League is the most important thing to happen to skateboarding since rollerbading.

interesting side fact about street league here in seattle.... they had to release a LOT of free tickets last minute to fill the arena, and it still didn't look all that full.

the format is kinda weak, imo. when you put that much importance on consistency, people will just do their go-to tricks, instead of really going for it like in a best trick or jam format deal.

but big ups to dyrdek for giving a portion of the proceeds and course to seattle skatepark projects.
