Unless you are really good, skateboarding isn't a marketable job skill.  Stay in school.

well they obviously don't teach grammar at your skool. or you don't care to learn it. either way, stay in school and unless your keyboard is missing keys, use spell check and please don't text us.

You asking about pros or just anyone who skates?

I'm not sure about the pros, but getting an education is always a good idea. You can still skate, have aspirations to skate professionally, and go to school...

Not to sound like a dick but no matter how good you are, there's only a small chance that you'll become a pro and actually make a living doing it. The chances of injuring yourself are high too.

I'm almost 37 (was never even close to being pro, or even thinking I would be) and I'm going to college now. I hated school when I was young and the last thing I wanted to do after high school was more school.

It's a tough world out there kid...Skate your heart out, but always have a plan (or backup plan) for your future.

well, if you're too lazy to actually type out entire words, you're too lazy to ever go pro, skippy.
