i'm opening a skate shop in the new year and need feedback (for the bank)

Here's some friendly advice:
1) Shove the survey.
2) If there's another decent skater owned shop within 30 miles, find a new location.
3) If you've been skating and involved with it long enough to be opening a skate shop then you should already know what makes a good local, which goes back to the first point.

Shit like this "advice" post spam link survey BS makes you seem like a kook who knows dick about skateboarding but wants to open a shop anyway to try to make a buck on a semi-popular youth trend.
