Hey, I've been skating for awhile now and I'm having trouble kickflipping down stairs. I can land it but not consistently at all. The board always lands right in front of my feet or hits the top of my feet before it's finished flipping. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

practice more.  at least it sounds like you've been at it longer than mister 2 weeks. if you can do it on flat, you can do it off stairs.  if you can't land bolts on flat, obviously stairs aren't gonna help. it's the same trick only the stairs are fucking with you.

Like DTTR said, you have to have it down perfectly on flat before you can take down stairs...Once you can do that, you might want to try doing off of a curb for a little while to get used to the feeling, then take it to maybe a ledge that's a little higher, and so on until you're doing it down the stairs.

A lot of times I see kids who can't do shit off of stuff and it's all in their heads...You're doing the same movements, but the added pressure of clearing the stairs and the extra drop off fucks with you, you know? You just need to keep on practicing and you'll get it.
