 Angry why the fuck does a cool lookin show always come on and then a couple seasons later they start adding in more and more and more drama into the whole damn thing. That shit pisses me off

then they decided it was alright to have serious stuff

I think by far the most extreme example of the over dramatic TV show is LOST. I watched it for a lil while but once the invinsible monster came in I stopped

Scrubs can be great if you're in the right mood.  It is also a very accurate depiction of life in a hospital.

yeah it is realistic too
you know its actually made in an old hospital?
they have a doctor give them all the medicl things to say too
and janitor usually never has a script
and you ever see terry touch his nose?
thats when a scene gos good
