Okay, eat an extremely large breakfast, like a buffet-status breakfast, then don't eat until it's time for dinner. Now if you're going to skate, make sure you wait an hour after you get home to eat. When you're eating dinner, once you feel a teeny bit full, stop eating.

Why eat so much in the morning and so little in the evening/night? Because, by eating alot during the morning, you can burn off all the calories you just ate throughout the day without starving yourself. If you eat a shitload at night, you're just going to go to sleep a few hours later thus not burning off the calories you just gained.

Only drink water, no soda, no juice. You'll get used to it after a few days.

On this diet you should probably lose a pound or two a day.

And why wait an hour to eat after skating?

Eating once you get back from skating or working out or anything physical makes you waste your "work out" for lack of better words.

are you a nutritionist? because if you were you would know that the way to lose weight is to balance out how many calories you eat, and exercise. you need to find out how many calories you should eat a day, and then add that into your meals. Lets say you have to eat 3000 calories a day, you dont want to go to Mcdonalds and eat 3 cheeseburgers because you are going to hit a 3000 in one sitting. And you dont want to stack up on calories in the morning then wait till dinner. if you need 3000 calories a day the best way to do it is eat 1000 at every meal.
