So as far as I know, everyone has to eat, and boy is it fun when the food tastes good.  I think it's pretty rad that Pstone is always highlighting any grilling action that goes down during a session.  I thought it would be cool to share some BBQ tips amongst outselves.

My roomie and I were on a mission to have steak and eggs tonight.  I also wanted to get some home fries in the mix, but I wanted to grill them.  I've made potatoes on the grill before in foil packets, but we were fresh out of foil, and I was bummed.  As I took a sip from my nearly empty PBR a blacklight popped up over my head.

Take a can of beer and drink about 2/3s of it.  Take a knife and open up the top of it nice and big.  Chop up like half of an onion, and a couple of potatoes.  Put that shit in a bowl and mix it together with some garlic powder, some hot sauce, and maybe even a dash of cinnamon.  You can pretty much fit 1 potato in a can, so drink accordingly.  Fill up the can with your potatoes and put that shit on the grill for a while whilst you prepare and cook your steaks or whatever.

Wait till that shit's tender and eat it up!

Keep it going!

You could always just use a regular baking pan or sheet.

I'm just saying if you're on a trip or something.  It works pretty well.

For Delicious Burgers:

Take your Ground Beef and add in a packet of Lipton Onion Soup Mix for more flavor.

Montreal Steak Seasoning on everything works well too.

Onion soup is old news.  Try a packet of Taco Seasoning next time, you'll thank me.

Delicious Sausage Log:

Ingerdients (makes 2):
1 tube of sausage
1 small tub on cream cheese
1 anaheim pepper

Directions:
1. Get a tube of Jimmy Dean sausage, maple flavored preferred.
2. Flatten 1/2 of the tube of sausage into a roughly 6" x 10" square.
3. on one end, add half of a Anaheim chili pepper cut length wise.
4. Cover that peepr with cream cheese.
5. Roll into log and pat the ends to keep the deliciousness from excaping.
6. Place on high indirect heat on the BBQ for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is oozing out.

Just using it as a rub for the burgers about 30mins before they go on the grill works great.  Making your own patties should work good too though.

Anaheim peppers are New Mexico's famous (probably only famous here) green chile. You can score some kill ones from Hatch.

That recipe reminds me of my friend's insane hot jalapeno poppers..

You need:
-a bunch of fresh jalapenos, 10 or so
-2 packages of bacon
-1 package of cream cheese
-1 habanero pepper
-about 20 toothpicks

Take the jalapenos and cut them in half. Remove the seeds and the white guts, give 'em a fine chop then throw 'em in a bowl. Gut the habanero and toss the guts then fine chop the pepper. Mix the cream cheese in the bowl with the seeds and the chopped habanero. Slop about a teaspoon of the blazing hot concoction into the jalapeno halves, rap each in bacon, secure bacon with toothpicks and grill till the bacon is cooked. Have plenty of milk on hand.

Sounds similar to my buddies "Atomic Buffalo Turds".  I think he adds smokies too.
