You  know those metal things that hold your trucks to your board. Land on them.

That whole "land on bolts" advice is pretty useless unless you're skating in space.

9-10 days? How much do you spend on boards? Or how much do your parents give you for your allowance is a better question. Because If you're; Paying rent, buying your own food, paying for your own gas if you drive a vehicle, then there is no way you could afford that. Unless you have a job that pays really well. In that case carry on.

You  know those rubber pads underneath the metal things that hold your trucks to your board? Land on them.

if you're crafty enough you can swindle boards.  My pal Dan goes through boards like broads toss tampons, it's fucking ridiculous, but he's always got someone giving him an old to them/new to him rig.

but yeah I $180 deck bill per month is pretty outrageous, assuming you're (your parents) getting new shit...

When I skated every day, I had some decks last no more than two weeks.  Now that I'm working these ridiculous hours and skate only a few hours a week at best, I've had the same Anti-Hero deck for 6 months or so.  Sad

Really? What ever happened to riding a board until it broke?
