I was just reading the Savannah thread and I started to remember how I watched those contest videos all the time... then I started thinking what videos inspired me the most.  The kind of videos that make you want to jump out of your seat and go shredding down the sidewalk.  I love most all skate vids but nothing got me more stoked and amped to skate than these:

(Plan B Questionable not included in pic due to shady friend )

Some kids might think they are lame and old but when I was a kid it was the best thing ever and when I watch them now it still hits me the same way. What inspired/inspires you?

p.s.  Please include Pics or vids!

Menikmati

and...

The Search for Animal Chin. I watched at my neighbors house when he was babysitting me when I was like 5 (so this was in 1992ish) so the movie was a little older, but they looked like they were having so much fun. That Christmas I asked for a Skateboard and got one.

basically anything on vhs that i could gets my hands on.  it was hard for me to come buy, and way to expensive to buy new. i don't think we got our first vcr until i was 14, so i was stoked on anything.

without a doubt, questionable changed shit.

The very first Powell Peralta video "Skating in the 80's", The first Vision video "Skate Visions", "The Bones Brigade Video Show", that first Thrasher video with the Drunk Injuns and Tales Of Terror, "The Search For Animal Chin", The Santa Cruz videos and the first H-Street videos. Videos were hard to come by back then, a lot of people didn't care about them (at least the people I skated with) and I don't think there was all the marketing hype either.

well i started late, when i was 19 mainly because my buddy gave me an old complete and he had no one to skate with. but he loaned me, literally, a garbage bag full of vhs and dvd's. i'd say the ones that inspired me the most were sorry, fulfill the dream, and yeah right

First video I really liked a lot was Good and Evil.

Especially Ed's part.
