Tough one... I'm gonna say August of 1983. I have some earlier issues, but I think I got those later. Steve Caballero is on the cover who coincidentally has the most covers in the mag's history. I'm interested in buying the first ten, if anyone has them and is willing to sell, hit me up. We're all out at the mag here.

I didn't see one until the middle or latter part of '85. Can't remember the issue, though I had it memorized at the time.

over at slap i get kooked for it but i'm proud i was meant to be into hesh lol, my first setup without even knowing it was a Powell Peralta Wade Speyer plaid deck, indys, swiss bones and spitfire classics.

the first thrasher i ever saw was the '86 one with Danzig on the cover...
first one i ever bought was august '86.. vallely doing the sadplant in the mt. trashmore parking lot
