Im talking the good 3d, not that red blue shit,

What do you think of the possibilities of that for a skate vid.?

Would you be stoked if it were done right?  And not cheesy.?

look into how 3d is achieved. parallel cameras, massive time required in post, etc. unless it was in a private indoor setting ala cheese and crackers, it would be impossible.

i know how it is done, and the post work is easy if you have TCR numbers. syncing is easy, its getting the tricks is whats hard. but definatly not impossible.
lots of filmers, like spike, ty, are probly already playing with the technology, jackass is coming out in 3d, so you know some skate heads are aware of the 3d "craze", dont forget the porn industry. ^_^

I imagine if there ever was a 3D skate video. The first or last trick will be a buttery tre flip or something completely stupid.

we might see little sections of 3d, like they do with hd and 16mm now, but i really don't see a full-length for quite some time. 3d movies have crews of hundreds of millions of dollars. skate videos have a vanload of dudes and per diem.

They made a 3d surf video. I saw the making of it the other day. Ultimate Wave Tahiti, I think.
