other than awarding max (lumberjack Ralph Mouth) the BAKU board for best overall, there weren't any rankings. we just gave out product for tricks over the course of the jam with a few special awards along the way for things like best slam, mental anguish, or particularly impressive tricks... you boy ellis (backwards hat) took some shit home, though.

big thanks to thrasher, skull skates/BAKU, and everyone else for hooking up the prize packages.

the event raised just over $600 for more crete.

yeah, max is one of the most creative (both on and off his skateboard) dudes i've ever met. everything he did was handled within 2 or 3 tries. he just seems to see possibilities others don't.

What in the hell is w/ the hand-in-frame after every trick?

...

But more importantly, Super Radical! Nice job. Looks like you all had fun.

yeah, it was a good time.... for some reason, steve felt the need to mark every trick that went down. when you're sifting through hours and hours of footage, the hand marker helps, but when you're sifting through a half hour jam session, it's a little annoying.  (free advice for all filmers- instead of the hand, pan to the ground or something interesting to mark the makes. the hand is PLAYED OUT.)

and eby, i've got a grand total of two tricks on that barrier- a fakie hangup, and a pivot, and every time i decide i want something else, all i get is a beating, so i probably won't be providing any bangers for your barrier clip.

bangers are played out anyway, haha. plus, if you got anything from your homies too, we could always use that.
