Slipknot sucks.  hopefully they'll never play again or make any more bullshit music.

I hope the band members wear those goofy masks at the funeral.

I like how they start the article,
"The eight remaining members of the metal band Slipknot fondly recalled bassist Paul Gray as a man with a big heart who represented everything they loved about their band."
Makes them sound more like a boy band, then a metal band.

Either way, may he rest in peace.

lol this is a bummer!  Nobody from my generation was into the budding new metal scene in 98?!  Granted, I graduated rfom 8th grade and realized that Kittie sucks, but I can't bury my past and say I didn't dig some shit-tastic music.

I'm from that era Polly, and I never liked any of that shit.  I had good role models though.

hahahahha THIS IS THE COOLEST!!

But, yeah, Freddy D really never should have made music.  I heard they were put together to market clothing for some company?  Either way, bad bad bad.

Bryce, I don't know...you missed out, haha.  My big one really was Kittie.  I was so amped to see females doing something..anything....that wasn't Tori Amos.....

anyways, I dug around and found out there are GOOD female musicians!!  Diamonds, Spookshow, I could go on forever..
