good ones are hard to find. you've probably been skating bad ones all along. don't sweat it, you'll find your unicorn.

^chinese maple no doubt.

or perhaps cape breton wood.

I only purchase decks made from the finest materials my country has to offer. I go straight to dildo.

east coast canada represent.

Dildo wood is so hard.

You won't regret it.

Absolutely the best advice on this thread!!!!!!!!!!!!! best pop, best wood, best concave. Shame their sales rep won't reply to my emails about where to order one from in South Africa cos my source here ain't stocking Deluxe anymore. Any suggestions as to a good international source guys? Huh?

Jart skateboards, Ive never managed to break one yet but you need a couple of days to get used to them. Roger skateboards,  super comfortable from day one strong enough but not as durable as jart. Since i am poor i prefer jart. Jart boards are slightly cheaper here in europe too. However Roger has kick ass graphics compared to jart that graphics  suck badly.

Worst board i ever had was an enjoi deck. In my entire skate life i ve never seen a board cracking in 4 places(tail, nose, 2 in the middle) during a week without even trying something big. Baker skateboards are shitboards too.

Everyone hates on baker boards, I've had a few of them and they were all pretty good. I'll never buy a girl again, last one I had broke the first day.

Yea I've been budgeting my cash lately so I'm trying to preserve some of the previous boards I had just in case.

Hopefully the Peter Hewitt will last for two.

My weight could be a factor why it's still in good shape.
