I got a Brian Wenning habitat mini for christmas when I was 12 I think. Got it from a legit skateshop and everything. I'm glad to say even from the very beginning I at least supported the right shit. It had some brand of trucks that I don't really think were that legit but they came on the board. I can't for the life of me remember what they were called. habitat wheels. Now that I think of it I put an Indy sticker on that board. I didn't know anything about core brands it was just shiny.

I got a Birdhouse Tony Hawk "Falcon Skull" board for Christmas a while back. My parents got it from a local skateshop that's legit.

The very first board I ever owned was called a Sims E(I think. I know it was just some letter after Sims for this model). I lived in Florida at the time and this surfer dude down the street gave it to me. I remember that it was a turquoise/blue color and had Tracker Trucks. This was in 1984.

The very first board that I ever bought was a Sims Kevin Staab mini. With the mad scientist on the bottom.

Damn, I guess that would have been '89 or something. I was pretty damn young. I think it had OJ IIs and Trackers. Huh? Uhh, no, that's not what I said.

After that first board of mine got run over in the street I didn't get another deck for almost a year. I almost stopped skating before I even really started. I still have every deck I've ever skated. Almost all of them are broken.

Mine was a blueprint with ABC written on the bottom.  I think the wheels were spitfires but I don't remember, I got it for my birthday.  And thus began my parents hate of skateboarding.
