Wilson is our best park in Chicago with ease. But there arent a lot of lines and room, and its usually pretty damn busy. Located at the northeast corner of Wilson & Lake Shore Drive (North of Downtown)

Burnham is our first skatepark, all concrete, but its heavily flawed in design and execution. But thats what makes me like it the best. Kinda in a sketch area but you should be okay. 31st street and Lake Shore Drive. (South of downtown)

Northbrook was suggested. Really good bowl, street area is pretty useless. Park is lit up at night til like 10 i believe, but its always busy too when the kids are out of school. Kids rip there too.

Someone mentioned Whiting Skatepark. That park ruled. yes ruled. they destroyed it over the summer to make way for a boardwalk/lakefront area. New park is in the plans but not yet anywhere near started.

Thats about it for good cement parks in chicagoland. We're pro's at getting super shitty prefab bullshit parks.

Y'all should check out McHenry Skatepark... they got a nice wood section but the concrete half is pretty sick.  Its got a large-ass bowl and a couple stair sets.

You didn't say Chicago ONLY, so set your sights outside the shitty...er...city.  There's a park with 2 decent bowls (one is a "starter" bowl) as well as an old school drainage ditch type bowl out in Gurnee (45 min.-hour NW of Chicago), and another that I've only seen pics of in Waukegan which is about 20 min. east of Gurnee.  You never know what you're gonna find until you open your eyes.  Hell, I live down in southern Missouri now, and low & behold the city of just over 10,000 has an all cement park!  Bowl seems to have a little too much flat in it, but I've never been a real shredder when it comes to bowls.  I can't hack on Wilson, never been there, just making a suggestion.
Too bad The Turf up in Milwaukee is lying under ruble waiting to be demolished.  THAT place was the shit!
