longboards are the ugliest thing about our society. I live in a small canadian town, filled with white rich kids, and all you see is longboards. and if you skate, youre nothing to the rich kids. ive proudly kept my roots and still skate, but longboarding is a bandwagon epidemic that is slowly terminating the skateboarding culture in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. thoughts about longboarding?

It's probably best, as in anything in life, just do what you enjoy doing and let others do the same. Why on earth would someone riding a longboard bum you out? If you have that thin of skin, you're going to have a rough life.

While I don't particularly care for longboarding myself, if it's the ugliest thing in society, you're pretty delusional!

i'm only going to reply because you are a fellow canadian and we stick together, eh? side by each, like a couple timbits, floatin' in a double double.   

anyway i think longboarding is stupid too.  i wouldn't call it as ugly as say, mongo pushing, but like Chuck said, who cares.  don't worry, when you grow up, you'll move away from sask.
