Title: This a good setup for beginners? Post by: Sam Bennett on January 22, 2013, 04:42:37 AM Hey guys sorry if this is in the wrong section, I'm new here. I need some tips on skating like just some tips you would give to a beginner. Also would this be a good setup for a beginner?
Enjoi Barletta Republican deck 7.90 Destructo D1 mid trucks 8 Zero skulls with blood wheels 53mm Mob Perferated griptape Diamond riser pads Destructo hardware It would cost me $86 Cheers Title: Re: This a good setup for beginners? Post by: dtotherob on January 22, 2013, 05:09:11 AM it doesn't matter what your set up is when you're a beginner.

Title: Re: This a good setup for beginners? Post by: JD on January 24, 2013, 08:08:59 AM That sounds pretty sick for $86. You might need the risers for that truck height and wheel size, don't listen to anyone that writes off riser pads as a stigma, they can be good. If you are getting that for $86, buy it!

Post by: Skatessentials on March 19, 2013, 06:24:45 PM Dude if you're a beginner, you just need to get a setup, any setup and start rippin' around. This will give you the experience necessary to know what you like/don't like and what to upgrade.
