It's true, I remember hearing word about them wanting to break ground as far back as 05', but nothing.  I think that the city is focused on the whole parkway plan right now.  It's too bad, that area needs way more public transition...

MA residents will now pay a 61 cent gas tax, the highest in the country.

Fuck that, I had an eight tank of gas and I went to school across three towns, skate shop across three more, park on the way home, work and than cashed my check all because I didn't have 5 bucks to throw in my tank. If they raised the gas even more I probably wouldn't have made it.

Yeah deval is ridiculous... but anyways I heard on the news that part of the state's stimulus package would include I think a million or two million dollars going towards the skatepark. I know that two million has already been raised... they just need to start!

That's a bunch of millions.  I can't wait to see that shit.  It's gonna be epic.

last i heard was that the soil was toxic due to years and years of industrial dumping. so who knows how long until that issue is resolved. more red tape bullshit.....
