My personal favorites are Zeros and Girls, both really strong boards, but Zeros have mad pop. Girls are hard to get used to, but once you skate'em for awhile they're really good

I ride Tum Yeto and DLX.

girl boards are made in china and are not strong. fact. the break easily. however, they do have good shapes...though they don't hold them for long.

i like chapman wood (hopps, official, zoo, etc.).

slick decks were the shit, heavy as shit and no waxing anything

all the girl decks I've had broke within 2 hours. Never will get one again, sorry crailtap.

DLX, tum yeto

I'm riding my first element right now.  Yeah, I know people think they are lame, but this board's really working for me.  Bunch of firsts on it, and it survived a few drops I thought it had no chance at without even a crack. 

im down for creatures and anti-hero's. but skate-wise, flips are pretty good. ive skated a mark appleyard goatman deck and i have a tom penny eyeballin deck right now, and they've worked out good for me

My top's are Anti-Hero, Real, Deathwish, Zero, Toy Machine :), Black Label, Foundation and Creature oh and Birdhouse, I only rode the Black 6 boards from them. Thry have nice pop. But that was like Summer 08?

both very good companies, i'm on my 9th Zero and they never get old to me. A brand new zero is the most thing to me, perfect pop, flip, really strong. Sk8mafias are good i've had 2. There really good for complicated flip tricks and ledge tricks.

Baker, Santa cruz, Blanks, Almost, Whatever is cheap and good

I ride DGK all day baby for there mad pop, the concave is not all that but still very good decks

ive only ever skated elements blanks goodwood and plan B cus but the best out of all in my opinion is plan B

In my opinion baker has the best shape, really good pop too. I had one girl, it broke within an hour. a brand new zero is really good too. flip as no concave.

I like my local shop decks. Im pretty sure DLXSF makes them and they are by far the best shape I have ridden. Cant wait to get a couple when I get a paycheck next week.

Yeah shrunken gets their boards pressed by DLX now, or so I keep hearing. Been that way since last march i believe.

i should have snatched a couple up when i was there.  my shop boards are also dlx. them's the bestest.

anti hero or krooked I have bad luck with real boards. on another note  anyone know how I can find a Hardtimes online? I've been looking for a week and haven't had any luck their website just has dealer info.

I can understand that. I can skate krooked for days, and Drehobl shape with it's weird sizes fit my feet perfectly. If I get any other DLX board I'm over it in a week, or a day, a weekday.

Generator and Bareback = all Dlx boards.    Is this not common knowledge to anyone over 13?

I know that they are the same wood. Im just wondering why he doesnt like REAL decks if he likes Anti-Hero and Krooked.

I just can't skate reals every  time i've rode one it has sucked except this one 8.5 shaaf about 5 years ago

deeply rooted decks, they're fuckin perfect. they are good if ur a park shark or if ur a techy street skater. they're light,made with strong wood, hav perfect shape, and ar pretty cheap.

Powell(not minilogo), NHS, Deluxe, Consolidated, and Premium(out of Canada).

I haven't skated a brand name deck in like 4 years. I usually go for the $35 shop boards. The only boards I would pay full price for are Lib Techs 'cause they last for fuckin' ever (I know they get soggy, and I don't care) or Naysayer boards to support the general cause of skate entrepreneurs.

on that note, stoked to have a constant supply of boards i love. chapman makes the best boards, glad i went with them for our wood. sure, i could have saved some money going through another manufacturer, but what is the point if you aren't satisfied with the end result?

my fav would be almost their decks are really good 8) and they dont break that easly and they have good pop in them.  ;D my second fav would hav tobe element ;D bam rocks and mike v is awsome. Has anyone seen his fights theyre pretty funny mike v don't take shit from anyone  :D

Every time I have bought a blank or shop board, it ended up snapping within days.

I guess I do one of 3 things. Land bolts, skate weak shit or I just don't skate enough, 'cause most boards last at least a couple months for me.

my shops' blanks are DLX.  it has nothing to do with the shop itself, but perhaps where they get their product.  i've skated the same ones for nearly 10 years and they rule.  got a couple naysayers on the way though, so we'll see if that changes haha!

I like the creature board i got a while back. I only really skate tranny so my boards last a long time for the most part, as i cannot catch air yet, but I still enjoy the ride and feel of them.

Pretty wide creature to go with the 159 indys? 
Won't have to worry too much about breaking that. 

If I could have baker shape on DLX wood, that would be nice.

No I won't be breaking it anytime soon. I got the Graham Vikings of Hesh deck, it's 8.8" wide. I bit large for some but when you have size 13 feet it makes me more comfortable knowing I have a little room to move my feet on the board.
