Title: Joey Ramone May 19, 1951 – April 15, 2001

It was on this day in 2001 we lost Joey to lymphoma cancer. We will be paying our respects on tomorrows radio show by playing all Ramones and Joey Ramone material. The band that changed my musical life. The first Ramones album was the first record I ever bought. And they put on what I consider the best show I've ever seen. They were sick live.

Some friends I met in middle school turned me to Punk music. One of the dudes let me borrow his Ramones Mania CD.
Changed my life.

Gonna play a live show from the Paradiso circa 1978. Get your tape recorders ready. This live show rages..... new "punk" bands take note..... This is how it's done.  ;)
