same thing happens just about every spring in ames, iowa. the city not only gave purkiss-rose a quarter million dollars to build a piece of shit, after being told that purkiss rose is the WORST  designer on the planet.  then, they built it in the lowest part of the city, right in the flood plain... every year it sits full of water for a week or two, and then when the water finally drains, there's a nice fine layer of baked-on mud to contend with that usually sits there for a week or two.

but anytime somebody tags the park, it's removed  within a day or two (by sandblasting the fuck out of it, leaving lots of nice rough patches everywhere.), because it "creates an unsafe riding surface." way to have your priorities straight, ames.

THERES A SMALL CEMENT PARK IN NORTH OLMSTED OHIO! ITS NOT VERY FAR FROM CLEVELAND. ITS PRETTY SMALL BUT STILL FUN, THERES ALOT OF GOOD LINES THROUGH THE PARK.

Akron has a decent park, with some small DIY add ons.

The closest respectable crete to Cleveland is in Columbus. There are a few private bowls up on the lake, but no crete worth a fcuk.

Athens floods like that semi-regularly.
