My Community

I would like to see what you guys have.  I just started buying them and only have two the first one I bought was Pink Floyd Dark Side of the Moon.   I got that for 2.50 at an antique store and I think the price was messed up.  I also have Ummagumma by Pink Floyd.

What are vinyls or records? Can you post a pic of one? Who's Pink Floyd?

I call my CD's albums. I hate all mediums of recorded music except vinyl. Although on the way to chemo this morning I pulled out some long lost unlabled cassettes from I assume around 1984, poppped em in Edgars car cassette deck. COC, Agression, DYS, The first Suicidal album, The Dickies, RKL, Ill Repute, a bunch of classics. It was a fun ride. I've got more to check out on the way home.

My dad has a bunch of old cassettes up in the attic so when they helped me purchase my first car and all it had was a cassette player I had to go up to the attic and get my dad's old cassettes.  Sure it was none of those band but he had some good stuff.

finding cassettes rules. especially if you can play them. i've got a bunch on rotation in my truck.  ST join the army and Beyond Possession is beyond possession are two of my faves. i have a bunch of slayer and megadeth tapes too.

i've also got a few old local band tapes from my teens. some people i know put this blog together. most of my friends had bands in the early '90's, some who's albums are featured on here. brings back memories, lol!
