Board, backup deck in case of breakage, energy drink/water, cigarettes (smoke out/stretch before I leave), positive mental attitude. If I'm going to a gnarly/new spot I'll bring a broom and I have a block of wax in the car at all times.

35,000 sq ft indoor skatepark for sale or trade, Professionally built, cost >$200,000 to build. Huge full size vert halfpipe, 40 wide, 15ft tall, 1 ft vert,  4 mini half pipes, one is has a spine, metal coping, huge decks, couple 100ft of wood ledges, hand rails, fun boxes the list goes on and on... The park was called no name skate park in Greenville South Carolina. All ramps are in perfect condition, the nicest wooden park i have ever seen. Needs to be removed before July 15.

biggest problem is vandalism
for sure

if i were rich and owned a beautiful building and kids were scuffing up my ledges and rails i'd be pissed

the vandalism kills skateboardinsgs image hence its looked down upon, when it shouldnt be
