it was mentioned a 9-year old kid was tazerd for skateboarding,
that was my son (kidding) but yes - also believable...
If these guys get away with this, it's just going to prove
that we, as skateboarders, are growing weak.

I heard you can't skate on private property either.

This isn't really a new thing, it's just specifically aimed at skate ramps. Home Owners Association's in "fancy" neighborhoods have been tearing down kids swings and other wooden monstrosities from back yards for many years now. That doesn't mean people still don't do it. You just gotta give your neighbor a beer and hope hes cool with it and doesn't report your ass when you have your friends over. Given you would think in America land of the free, this wouldn't be an issue at all, but if the city votes on it and wants it, that's a part of the democracy too.
