i've met a bunch of pros over the years and i can't really remember anyone that was a complete cock or anything.  its probably because i'm older and i never really cared who they were. 
if i meet someone or get introduced or something, i'm like "nice to meet you" and walk off towards the bar or the nearest group of chicks.  i can't be that guy who forces a coversation on some pro, shits lame.

I've met a ton, and have had good experiences each time... even with Klein. Jim Thiebaud and Mic-E are fucking awesome... Mullen is one of the nicest dudes ever, from the second you meet him. Mike V is real chill, and good at really long skate-history conversations.
