I hope all jamie thomas' companies will crash but this will never happen.
I hate his approach to skateboarding he is like very competetive and his companies give me a sense of superathletes army that want to break every record. Only rattray and allie and toy machine skaters from fallen really stand out as true. But thats me

Have you ever seen Tim O'Connor's episode of Epicly Later'd? All I can think of whenever I see anything Black Box now is "PERMISSION TO RIP SIR".

did you see the tim o connor roast for his new colorway shit was preety funny http://

I just saw the one where he was flipping through Thrasher and mocking everyone with his Sharpie.

aka buy their boards/gear.
exactly. I made sure we got some in the shop. They should be on the way.

do you even know how many companies with solid teams have gone out of business? a team doesn't keep a company in business. it can help, but it comes down to those people running the business...which are usually skateboarders with no background in business, or business guys with no background in skating. you need both...which a lot of companies don't have. there are some exceptions though. some make it with one and not the other, but i would call them lucky.

Look at 88 Footwear.

Duffel, Svitvak, Strubing, Hewitt, Aultz, Peter Watkins.

This team died, but then go resurected as Vox.

Just because a company dies, does not mean the team has.

I'm in the same boat with the whole Black Box army being a bit too serious. I think Slave is a cool concept though. The team is pretty well stocked with a lot of really good skaters that not too many people have seen anything from. They should just make Danny Dicola pro, he's too good.

Keegan and Rattray are kings.

hell yeah Rattray stands as the best in the current Zero team.
although i ain't gonna hate on the chief's companies, i still like to watch his stuff too.

yes, plan bullshit should die.

I think 88 died because of the name. I found it even more odd that they put Duffel on there after his problems with racism...

Am I the only one who does not hate Plan B? I would not buy their shit, but I certainly have no hate for them.
