looks rad. you dont want to have those 2x4s in there over time the will rot and cause a void. you can stake your forms in from the side.
to avoid this problem, make your forms bigger, like you're framing a regular wooden quarterpipe, putting 2x4s WAY back, and THEN put your fill in. you'll use more plywood, but your shit will last.

I know nothing about concrete. Its cool to read through all 15 or so pages and just learn and see all this cool shit that can be done, pretty motivating. After I graduate college and can afford a house, concrete in the back yard is a #1 priority...some of these pics are fucking sick...

this ramp is 5 minutes from my house, its 6 ft with 6'9" trannys. all hand poured pool coping until this morning when we finished the oververt corner and threw a tree branch up. He's using the brick left over from my shit & cornering this down slope with it then it'll hit that piece of pool coping so you'd grind brick, pool coping & the fucking tree branch in the same grind.

personally, i'd do the hip, then the next section. then you only have to deal with one seam at a time.

the other way, if you're off at all, cheating it will be tough.
