Have been doing some more work on the park lately. 

Built this mini mini for the kids, but the adults seem to skate it even more than they do...



Next phase of the park has been prepped. 



Rebar for the wall to enclose it.



Cement truck



Tabi boots and puffy work pants.



New wall.

Yo susej, I heard there was some kinda point system in japan that dictates when you get to go pro, that true?

Yeah, something like that.  There are a couple of contest series that decide who gets to be pro - you win the amateur title one year, you're pro the next.  Also, there is a skateboarding governing body (?) known as GATE that can turn people pro. 

As a result, there are guys that do every contest who turn pro, and guys who rip harder who will never be pro. 

People don't go pro for their sponsors.
