Faraday will save the day even though he's now dead.

In “The Life and Death of Jeremy Bentham”, there's a part where Caesar is snooping around in Ben’s office on Hydra Island. One of the documents he finds is a drawing. You will see that it is a picture of “Real Time” and “Imaginary Time” all running on different lines and connected by specific events “Event A”, “Event B” and Event C. All the realities are connected and seem to be connected by events (Desmond turning the failsafe key, Juliet detonating the bomb, etc.).

Desmond's gift is that he can hop back and forth between timelines, and my bet is that Whidmore will make him go back in the box and have something bad happen to the Locke-ness monster/smokie to 'save humanity'....if zombie Sayid doesn't do something, I dunno, weird beforehand.

They keep saying "Whatever happens, happens" lately, so we shall see.

I still think it's all going to revolve around Hurley... He had the numbers, he's got all the money in the other world... I dont know, the way they've kind of sidelined him, makes me think he's going to be a BIG (pun intended) part of the ending. Also, looks like Michael is back next week. Where the fuck's Walt?!?!?!
Can you see what I just did right there?

^what has happened has been seen^

I think this week's show was the best one this season. Desmond's shows always seem to be crazed. Same with Hurley. I'm kinda glad they're taking a break from Jack and Kate. I didn't realize how much I wouldn't miss them until they weren't around much.

Very interesting, sir. Faraday is rad. That map is crazy. That's what I mean about keeping track of things in this show... I would never have remembered that. My mind is lost.

2.5 hours of pure belligerent funk, I can't wait!  Hope I'm not blacked out by hour 2.

I was worried I would see spoilers, instead I saw the funniest thing I've seen in a while.  Thanks Bucky.

Still soaking it all in, not sure how I feel on it. I thought some parts were pretty awesome, but there's obviously still a bunch of shit I wish they would have addressed... No Walt?!?!?!

I liked it. I was kind of disappointed with the last season in places but the finale made up for it (despite being melodramatic in parts). I thought it was crafty how the sideways flash ended up being in non-linear time - curve balls right up until the last minute. the writers definitely flipped the script on the long running island-being-purgatory theory. I also thought the finale ending in the exact reverse way of the start of the pilot was spiffy, with jack being in the same spot and all. hard to believe it's over.

I liked these alternate endings on the Jimmy Kimmel show:
