Between the mini out back, the new concrete stuff out front & the pool being drained this coming winter, my mortgage may start to pay for itself...

My neighbors are letting me borrow tools & one next to me is bringing me more block too...  so far so good.

I'm hoping that if anyone were to complain, they would have done it by now.. this stuff has been out there for a few weeks now.

are you planning on setting the coping and then pouring your trannies?

A month back, a local high school teacher flipped his car traveling with his wife, who was also a high school teacher & their 26 yr old son, the dad was hammered & the son was killed. Some dudes were digging out the sign that their car flipped into & were pulling out all that concrete. I stopped and asked if they were dumping it & they were cool enough to drop it off in my front yard to be used as filler. They are now stopping by randomly with more until the driveway is finished. Bradenton FL may not have a lot of skate spots but we have some cool ass people.

this looks like such an awesome project.  Hope you're having a blast with it!  Definitely looks like the type of neighborhood that'd have complainers.  Lucky thus far!
