started skating about 25 years ago. i'm 33 now. started out on some banana boards, graduated to a variflex about a year in. never looked back.

2003 ish i guess. bought a 10 dollar complete from wal-mart. i think its like 9-ply, with a rad psychedelic pattern on the bottom, and big chunky plastic baseplates. the bolts weren't even countersunk. yeah, thats right. it was what you would call "the works." started rolling down my driveway, then my street. took me aproximately forever to learn how to ollie. Skated in the rain and ruined the griptape. graduated to a sweet 50 dollar complete from the interwebz. I was such a big spender.

every one of my friends quit to smoke weed, i still suck, and i still have fun.
