You could easily argue how illogical this is if you can see a judge.    Especially if the posted rules don't state anything about it.   The one "witness" sounds like an idiot so if it were to go to court and he actually shows up well you guys should still be fine from the sounds of your arguments on the video.

One tip from my lawyer girlfriend and when it comes to dealing with Police is...."never say anything."    "Anything you say can and WILL be used against you" is the real deal.   The less they have that you've said the better.

Judging from the video and a review of the skatepark rules on your web site, the skatepark supervisor had the right to suspend the skater he caught dropping in form the vertical feature under rule 13. as "unruly conduct"...I do support your supervisor in this case...

However, as a rules precedent, the skater who dropped in off the vertical feature did not violate any of the written rules.

I think it would completely appropriate to maintain the suspension of the skaters in order to support your supervisor.
