too bad you didn't get them while you were still make that dough. you can find deals. i got mine off of some dude when i was a freshman in high school for $600 (for both, brand new)...there is a good chance they were stolen though. eitherway, i still have them and they work great.

that ipod DJing shit is MEGA weak. there are now little apparatuses you can use to "scratch" on ipods.

 i actually did buy the CDJ-800s just after a harvest 2 years ago,i bought one for 550$ off ebay i believe and a friend gave me the other one for my birthday. i could really use a new mixer, it takes considerable effort to move the slider from left channel to right. its also staticy as fck when you cut one of the channels. i could just never be someone who is "serious" about scratching... those guys are weird. so thats probably why i havent put in any money into a mixer, id rather put the money into a better mic or better interface for my keyboard.

over the weekend some real g shit went down. i got this homey who been in jail a few times, i met him skating like two or three summers ago. they built this brand new skatepark like 5 min frmo my house. i had never seen this dude before, he was all thugged out, and was doing gap to fs lipslide on a pyramid handrail thingy. then he fs boardslid across and down the kink. we became real good friends, all of our friends knew eachother andshit, it was just not until that year until my buddy blew up.

anyway he was a grimy motherfucker always gettin in shit wtih cops, hes fuckin amazing skateboarder, but he has fuckin face tattoos and shit so he will never get a job. he on some shit now robbin people with guns and smokin crystal meth. i skated with him on the weekend, i was hoping hed be down to do some raps and skate and shit, but the dude is mad different now. i couldnt even really chill with him. i dont knwo if yall know maybe i wrote it earlier in the thread but i got in some large shit with cops got burnt with 6000$ and oz of weed and digi and shit, and i got off just a couple weeks ago, no charges, notthing. im in large debt to lawyers and my parents now tho. im pretty sure i aint growin this year, i cant be riskin goin to jail now, especially after seein shit like this go down.

last summer, me and fetus were puttin out plants and we were driving on a dirt road. this is like 2 weeks after i got caught. a cop pulls us over, we have afucking cardboard box with plants in the back. he just asked us why we were out in the middle of nowhere, and we told him some bullshit story and he let us go, didnt even ask to see in the box or nothing. so fucking lucky. i am just gettin up in my job and shit too so id totally blow it for basically the next decade to come if i got sent to jail.
