Well this old mans definition of vert is a halfpipe with transitions that lead to vertical.

Im not calling all tranny vert. Like i said anyone can skate at little 4 foot quarter. By big stuff u mean that 9 foot wall with 1 foot of vert that u can run out of. If you can run out of it its not big.

Name one company thats going to sponsor the next guy that sends in bagel bites xgames footage to the thrasher sponsor me...

Thats a good point about sponsors. Hmmmm Anti Hero, Independent, Bacon, Santa Cruz, Real, Vans, Hosoi, and thats about all i can think of as far as Major sponsors. Alot of good vert skaters around here have board sponsors no ones ever heard of because of the point you made.

Thats a good point about sponsors. Hmmmm Anti Hero, Independent, Bacon, Santa Cruz, Real, Vans, Hosoi, and thats about all i can think of as far as Major sponsors. Alot of good vert skaters around here have board sponsors no ones ever heard of because of the point you made.

All of those companys grab TRANNY skaters and not wooden half pipe VERT skaters. Transition is a frequency of obstacles that changes, vert is, well like a yoyo:

Theres a video of Tony T skating a vert ramp, no pads and all balls. Independent pretty much sponsors every good vert skater. I wasnt really thinking about the new Santa Cruz but the old Santa Cruz. Hosoi is all vert im pretty sure... and Vans has Grosso, Hosoi, Bucky, Omar, Cab and Alva.
