i make it a point to only smoke at times when i'm supremely stoked or at least happy.

i never want to smoke when i'm bummed or depressed or stressed... i know it'd just make me want to do it during those times

the best times in recent memory have been with 3 friends and 2 joints... mmmm... good times...

i don't smoke cigarette's either, but i would rather smoke weed than cigarettes if someone forced me to do one or the other (hey, it could happen). they both make you smell nasty, but cigarettes give you yellow teeth, oral fixations, and cancer.

I'll probably stay that way as well. My grandfathers died of cancer from smoking too many cigarettes and I just don't want to do it. I'd love to see what all the hype is though.

some scientific shit telling you that smoking pot won't give you cancer. The only thing that I would have any concern with in smoking pot, is how it affects your motivation, how you use it (to hang with friends socially or to stone you to the point where you don't deal with problems), and how much money you spend on it. If you try it a few times and like it, there's nothing wrong with it. Basically just don't be stupid. Everything in moderation.
Things that pot has done for me:
-Helps with my "girl problems" better than anything, specifically my cunt-ish attitude
-Has successfully treated my anxiety disorder on many occasions
-Helped me meet a lot of cool people

There are negatives too, like all the retards you can meet, etc. But I still smoke a little bit from time to time and don't think it's negatively effected me more than the positives have.

I do find it hard though that anyone born after 1960 could be considered a "hippie." Same way I find it hard to believe anyone born after 1980 could be a "punk."  It's all just stupid labels really.

med marij takes care of way too many sicknesses - pharmacuticals would lose alot of business.  i know people with cancer that were totally looking at deaths door because they couldn't eat a bite due to the chemo, but using the MM gives them thier appetite and they are doing really well now.
