its nothing to do with the state budget.  its the city.  kc has like... 3 or 4 skate parks, all of which are as good as, if not better than topeka's skate parks... and on that note, topeka has 2....  and not to mention all the other cement parks around kansas.

I wish our state weren't so damned conservative. Then we would actually have a larger budget on what the city has to spend for something more than just sports. Fucking football... Fucking Kansas...

what? this makes no sense to me. are you saying that your city somehow OWES taxes? to whom?
who raised the money, and if it was to be earmarked for lights, how were they able to take the money raised? where do you live?

you obviously seem to think you're some sort of badass, since all ten of your first posts have been total wannabe hardass tough guy bullshit.

Just saying, that if one of you guys here really believes me about this, please dont. I would give anything to leave fucking belgium and shred some parks in the US.

It was the Tour of Flemming from Belgium. What an incredible crash. Definitely the gnarliest solo wreck I've ever seen.Life Insurance  I watched it on VS. yesterday (Cyclism Sunday). It was so bad that his front tire looked like Pac-Man after all was said and done. I was doing my taxes at the time, cat back so I wasn't 100% tuned in, but I swear I heard Phill Liggett say that his team support car was bringing him another bike so he could finish the race. I really hope this video is posted on the 'net very soon.
