Not really, I'm riding a bike right now to rehab my knee after I ate shit bombing a hill last week.  I do stuff every now and then that might help my skating muscles, but nothing too serious or more than a few times a month

Better muscle tone = more endurance and ability... just not as fun as skating though.  Makes sense... (said by a guy who works out with 12 oz. curls of barly pop)

I downloaded a workout from a ufc site, cause you know those guys are cool, and if they
can bash each others skulls in, I figured if I got all ripped and mean, I'd skate waaayyyy
better.  Boy was I right.

They make you workout at school? I thought you are only required to do 2 years of Physical Education? Maybe thats just in California where I went to High School.

Working out helps keep me in shape but I don't do it to improve my skating.  Skating a lot will improve your skating.  Also, I've found that having more muscle/body weight makes it hurt more when you fall (the bigger they are, the harder they fall).

i dont think working out will do much to your ability skateboarding. taking bails better and maybe being able to pop higher... just go out and skate, thats how you get better. pumpin iron or runnin track isnt gona make it easier to do a hard flip or a laser flip, just go practive them and keep trying.
