So, recently, the city essentially replicated this barrier set up around the corner to the left at the end of the white barrier.  I now want to add some globs of crete to assist the transitions and make them both more speed friendly and open up lines where you catch a grind up on one, push around the corner, then catch a grind down on the other.  Hopefully the construction workers won't just hack them out when I'm done.

Cops and security guards.

Yes, this is the right thread.

After a library employee kicked us out of the parking lot (though we went back later, and I got the slappy to drop down a 3-stair), we went to skate the ledges at a supermarket/restaurant/sports club complex. When the cops showed, they asked me and mattchan "what are you doing?", and we told them we were skateboarding. Mattchan said we'll leave once we get a good clip of Hiromu's last trick, and the cop says "No problem, just don't skate here too late, as it can get noisy", and drove off.

A little while later the security guard for the complex walked up, and I was sure we were getting kicked out. He walked up to me and asked if we got any good tricks, and that he'd been watching us on the security cameras. I told him not to worry, we were about to leave, and he said "It's alright. Get it all out. You can skate here till morning if you want." And asked if we were finished with this one section by the entrance to the parking garage, because he wanted to put some pylons out...

Fun skating, some good clips, and kindness and understanding from the cops and security guard. Not a bad day at all.

That is awesome. One night a me and a couple of friends were skating some ledges when a security guard walked up, when we told him we were just leaving he said how much he loves skating and wishes he could do it. He ended up inviting us to skate on top of a parking garage he was watching that night. Ended up being a sick manny pad up there.

The doctor finally gave me the go ahead to start skating again after my ACL surgery last december. So I'm pretty stoked about that.

i sold my house this week and bought a new one. stoked that i am leaving this neighborhood and getting away from those pricks that beat me up.  patience. vengeance will be mine.  i'm having one last ramp party before the move and i'm going to rebuild a new ramp in the new place.  it's a 24x26' garage that's all going to be ramp.
