Thanks guys.  I heard that my requested salary was approved the other day and I got the official offer letter today.

My girlfriend and I are expecting another little one, and we found out this morning that we're going to have another little girl!

got drunk at Megadeth/Motorhead last night.  fucking awesome show.  i wish Motorhead played for longer but they had to make time for Mustaines ego, i guess.   it was a nice way for Rob and i to cap off the ramp build.
