Stoked to be back on this forum. I'm going to try to post daily again. I've cut down my internet usage significantly since I barely have time between school, work, and skating.

Here are some relevant updates I am also stoked on!

I have acquired my first tattoo! It is of the eye of providence graphic you see in my avatar from Alien Workshop. I have been fully backing this company for years and I just can't stop loving them so i figured it was time to ink it.


The university I attend (Oakland University in Michigan) is now home of the first ever college funded skateboarding club! We get to skate the local indoor skatepark (City Grind skatepark) for free which helps out immensely in the winter, we get free decks from OU (they have graphics that advertise OU, but a free deck is a free deck man), and we just through a nice demo/contest/jam at the school recently. The leader of the club and Matt Bennett grew up together so Matt flew out to hang out with us and participated in the game of skate bracket we had going. He's a rad dude.

I'm interning at Faurecia, an automotive seating company as a mechanical engineering intern. The pay is $16.50 an hour AND I get weekends off. It's a dream compared to working at the pizzarea.

And finally, I am so fucking stoked on skating in general. I've been skating for roughly 5 years now and I'm starting to notice I'm turning heads when I skate. There's no better feeling than getting recognition for something you love doing.

I'm on summer break at the moment from school so I'm going to do my best to post on here everyday like I used to

Quit Drinking.

Going sober seems like a good thing to do. I drank way too much last time and it made me realise getting shitfaced and black out drunk isn't fun anymore. Plus, I can use the beer money on things like tattoos and new shoes.

My second daughter was born this weekend.  It was a way easier delivery second time around. Stoked.

happy canada day, fellow canadians! eh!  sorry i didn't post this earlier, but i was shaggin' in the igloo and saw my pet beaver run away. i had to chase it down on my snowmachine and caught up with her at the pub eating poutine, aboot an hour ago so we shared a jug of molson canadian eh.
