oh shit.  i had a bad ass weekend.  started thursday night with the Iron Maiden show. i picked up a friend at the airport, from vancouver.   friday night i had a jam at my mini ramp.  8am saturday, 3 of us left early to drive out to vancouver.  stopped at 2 parks on the way, shredded vancouver sunday and capped that day off with another Maiden show.  me and a buddy drove home yesterday, catching another park on the way.  walked in the door at 9pm.  holy fuck i am tired.  2000kms round trip. stoked.

Finally grew a nutsack and went to talk to a NAVY recruiter earlier in the week. I've only been planning on doing so for the last year and a half. The process is going a lot quicker than I expected, I go to meps on Tuesday-Wednesday and if all goes well I can ship out to basic as early as next week. Super excited, I mean delivering pizza is fun and all but it's time to start doing something with my life. The fucked up thing is the part I'm most worried about is being able to overcome shy bladder syndrome and be able to piss in the cup while some guy stares at my little wiener.

All big bad Sandy did for me was knock out power for a little over 24 hours. Super grateful it didn't get any worse for my area. Life has been awesome lately. I've been trying to enjoy my last couple of months in Rhode Island before I ship off to NAVY basic training and then corpsman school!
