Lutzka just found another way for me to hate him even more, it looks like.  Hopefully he doesn't sell out as bad as Sheckler and do Axe and Proactive commercials and get his own tv show.

So if you were offered your own TV show you would turn it down?

If it was some reality show bullshit, no.  I wouldn't mind hosting something like a sports or skateboard news show.

Consider me a sellout. I'd cash in so quick on that opportunity, but then again I think the 9-5 lifestyle sucks. Who cares about the fame, just gimme the green.

9-5 doesn't suck if you're doing something you're interested in. I've always loved and been obsessed with engineering since I was a kid and I am very lucky my parents can afford to send me to school to eventually get me a job doing what I love.

But without skateboarding, I would have nothing to look forward to after work! (besides reading and piano and friends and all that jazz). So the two virtues go hand in hand.

The only thing that puzzles me is that people get shows that are hardly model human beings and the show viewers feel inspired by them to go out and buy things they don't need (big house and zillion cars and jewelry).

So fuck the fame, I'll make my own green, and earn it.
