It's ok, his arms flailing around like he's trying to hard make up for it.

Damn you're talking shit on Mumford's back smith?   I'd love to see you just scratch a grind on that wall.

Sponsors are terrible and shed a horrible light on the final opinion other skaters have on pros but to say that smith is weak and over "steezed" or whatever kids say today??   Dudes been skating for 20 years and has always kept his style the same.

I'm just amazed anyone had something negative about the trick and rider.....laugh all you want at sparking items on skateboards but thats a lot of vert and a lot of pool coping and not a lot of transition to get to said coping.

Everyone here just does that on a daily basis of course?

I'm still lost on where anything says that they will spark?   But granted I didn't take a huge look at the website.

I said they spark... i dont know if they said it on their website or not... but the people at eastern told me they would spark on concrete. Also, the hanger is made out of titanium, which basically sparks on anything. lastly, their pitch is "Theeve Trucks- Sparks Will Fly"

Ok, I'm late to the thread - I just read about these (Johnny Layton Junk Drawer) and I think these could be pretty sick and have high expectations.  People are complaining of the cost but they are made of Titanium which is super light and almost indestructible.  I have held titanium car parts (four foot long titanium strut brace) and I could balance it on my pinky! It is very light.  As long as you don't lose your board I can see these lasting a lifetime.

My only concern is how they turn and grind... also, initially it might be weird popping flip tricks with all that extra weight shaved off.  Looks like I'll have to pick up a set to test them out.... I'm sure I could sell them if I didn't like em'.

No, no, fuck no. I have a deep seated hate for shitty super light trucks. I bought myself a set of thunder lights because my stage 9 indys had nasty axle slippage, those broke after 3 weeks of skating. Then I got myself some tensors with that magnesium shite in it. 5 Days later I bought myself some indy stage 10 139s, the tensors sucked, the front trucks baseplate snapped ( I say snapped because it didn't crack, it went right through the whole part.) after kickflipping a 5 set. Plus they had a similar turning circle to the titanic.

I'm not spending any money on any more moula on light trucks, If they want to convince me, give me some to test. Otherwise, the only truck company getting in my wallet is indy.

Yes but if these Theeve trucks are truly made of Titanium you won't have any problems with them breaking - Titanium and cheap/shitty don't belong in the same sentence.

True dat, but usually cheap and magnesium don't go in the same sentance.
