Luxembourg, we put mustard on everything here. Ham sandwich with mustard, turkey with mustard, chicken with mustard, chili con carne with mustard. I have 5 sorts of mustard in my fridge.  Smiley
ham and cheese, turkey and cheese and maybe a chicken sandwich, but never the cheese steak.

I really fucking hate it when people ask "Was that a book too?".
"Yes, it was a book, and the book was miles better than the film."

It seems nowadays, if there wasn't a film about it, it's not worth knowing about.

Granted, Palahniuk does have the prose of a mentally retarded ape, but this book is still special too me, because it was the first book I read that actually meant something to me.

I hate it when people say "The book was much better".

Of course it was.  But movies are for entertainment.  No need to let people know how much of an intellectual you think you are.

By "you" I mean everybody, not you.

I dig that movies are for entertainment. But there are so many shitty movies around that I can only think of 3 I actually really liked off the top of my head

1# Metropolis.
2# Elephant.
3# The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari.

I'm pretty easy to please when it comes to movies.  One I liked recently was Into the Wild.

Also, I always assume the book was better, and take the film for what it is.  Can enjoy them a lot more that way.

his ff part was laughable except for the ender.

if you die by fire, which would be ideal, the above sentence could also be applied to your existence on this planet.

Put it this way, I'll accept that it would be hard to top the movie. It's a good adaptation, but there were things that bugged me. The end was not at all like it was in the book. I found the ending in the book so much more epic. Seriously, what was that holding hands wank shit that they used to end the movie....
